Nurse Practitioner/Owner
Nichole "Nurse Nikki" Meier is the founder, owner, and Lead Injector Specialist at Amici MedSpa. Nichole was born and raised in St. Louis and is married with 2 children. Studying at Maryville University, she received her undergraduate and nursing degree and then obtained her BSN. She honed her medical expertise in many aspects of healthcare: Research Scientist, ER Nurse, Critical Care Environment, and Home Health. Building on her desire of helping others combined with her passion for aesthetics, she decided to pursue her dream of opening her own business.
Nikki has received formal training and studied with some of the best Nurse Injectors across the US. She continues to take classes to further her skills and keep up with contemporary and cutting-edge techniques.
Her business model is designed to provide timely, caring, and meticulous aesthetic services with proven and excellent results.
Her goal is to help others gain self-confidence in every stage of their life.

Kelsey Long, LE
Lead Esthetician/Spa Manager
After years of struggling with psoriasis, countless dermatology appointments, and unsuccessful treatments, Kelsey realized she wanted to take the esthetics world by storm and make a change. Through her experience, she recognized that while providers treated clients' skin, they were not treating the emotional toll that struggling with skin issues can take on a person. She graduated from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville obtaining her undergraduate degree in Biology. Soon thereafter decided to pursue her dream and enrolled in esthetics school at Salon Professional Academy in 2016. She has continued her education over the last 4 years taking advanced classes to learn the latest techniques in aesthetics. She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all medical-grade skincare products that yield the most corrective results.
Kelsey’s goal has been to treat her clients' mind, skin and spirit to provide them with a holistic experience, this is exactly what you will experience while receiving treatments by Kelsey at Amici MedSpa.
Kelsey strives to be the caring esthetician everyone needs and loves to help people with all their skin concerns, from acne to aging, professional makeup application, and beyond. She wants to make you feel beautiful in your skin. She specializes in medical-grade skincare, micro-needling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, make-up application, and waxing.
Melissa Millay, LPN, LE
Licensed Esthetician / Licensed Practical Nurse
I believe everyone should love their skin. I struggled with hyperpigmentation and dry skin during my teens. At the age of 18, I realized I needed to do something about it. I went to a MedSpa and was astounded by the transformation. Since that day, I knew I wanted to work in a MedSpa helping others struggling with their skin, so I chose Esthetics as my career.
Once graduating from a local Esthetics school, I immediately enrolled in Nursing School and graduated in 2020. Since then, I have continued my education, learning cutting-edge advanced treatments. Staying abreast of the newest trends and the latest products to hit the market, ensuring I consistently deliver superior results.
Tara Sifuentes, LE

Tara Sifuentes is a dedicated licensed esthetician, graduating from The Salon Professional Academy with a passion for skincare and client satisfaction. After an extensive search, Tara found her professional home at Amici Med Spa, where she is committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with her clientele.
With a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to help others feel confident in their skin, Tara specializes in identifying clients' specific skincare needs and providing personalized treatments. Her expertise spans a wide range of services, including facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and makeup application.
What initially drew Tara to the esthetics industry was her love for makeup, but her journey evolved as she delved deeper into skincare and the transformative impact it can have on individuals' confidence and well-being. Continuously expanding her knowledge of emerging trends and refining her techniques, Tara is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the industry to ensure her clients receive the highest quality care and results.
