We use a blue hard wax.

Hard wax does not adhere to the skin, only to the hair, making it more gentle and less irritating to the skin.

Because the wax only sticks to the hair, it makes for a less painful wax.

Avoid any peels, microdermabrasion or retinol 3 days before your scheduled appointment.

We reccomend tyour hair to be the equivilant of a grain of rice in length, or 1/4 inch, to allow for the best results.

Gently exfoliating the area beofre your appointment will allow for the wax to adhere to the hair properly.

Your skin's pores will be open for the next 24-48 hours post wax so avoiding pools, hot tubs and baths are recommended to prevent infection

Eyelash extensions are one of todays newest trends. It is the process of applying a single fake lash to each individual eyelash.

Our extensions are completely customizable. Our Esthetician, and certified lash expert, can help you decide what length, curl, and style will best fit your needs.

Depending on the type of lashes, application times can range from 2-3 hours, with fills taking about 1-2 hours.

Strip lashes are as the name describes a strip of lashes that are applied with a lash adhesive that should be removed daily by the wearer

Individual lashes are 3-4 lashes attached at the base, that depending on how they are applied, can stay on for 1-3 days. These can be removed by the person who applied them or will fall off on their own.

Lash extensions are professional fake lashes applied to each individual lash. They cannot be removed by the wearer. They can last up to 4 weeks on the lashes with proper care.

Individual and strip lashes can be applied by anyone.

Lash extensions should only ever be applied or removed by a certified professional.

Extensions typically last 3-4 weeks with the right maintenance

Lashes will need to be filled every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking their best

The extensions will shed with the natural shedding of your eyelashes.

Removing the lashes is done by our Esthetician.

You should not ever pull or try to remove the extensions on your own, due to the possible damage of your natural lashes.

LATISSE® solution is a once-a-day treatment you apply yourself each evening to the base of the upper eyelashes.

DO NOT APPLY in your eye or to the lower lid, because excess hair growth outside the treatment area may occur.

Patients in a clinical trial saw results gradually over time (starting at 4 weeks with full results after 16 weeks).

If you stop using LATISSE®, your eyelashes are expected to return to their previous appearance over several weeks to months.

The most common side effects after using LATISSE® solution are an itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness.

This was reported in approximately 4% of patients. LATISSE® solution may cause other less common side effects which typically occur on the skin close to where LATISSE® is applied, or in the eyes.

These include skin darkening, eye irritation, dryness of the eyes, and redness of the eyelids.

Increased brown iris pigmentation has occurred when the same formulation of bimatoprost ophthalmic solution was instilled directly into the eye to treat elevated intraocular pressure/glaucoma.

Although iris pigmentation was not reported in clinical studies with LATISSE®, patients should be advised about the potential for increased brown iris pigmentation, which is likely to be permanent.
